The University of Missouri-St. Louis no longer has a corporate account established with any of the travel agencies in the metropolitan area. When making travel arrangements through a travel agency, ask them to send you the bill, or charge the expense to the traveler's personal credit card or corporate travel card. You may then immediately process the payment to the travel agency (if invoiced) or the reimbursement to the traveler (if charged to their credit card or corporate travel card). You no longer have to wait until after the trip is completed. Please be sure to include the purpose of the trip on the voucher.
Most travel agencies in the metropolitan area will NOT invoice the university. They require payment by credit card at the time the travel arrangements are made.
The following travel agencies are vendors that have been known to invoice the university in the past. Please verify that they will still direct bill before making your reservations. If you find that any of the agencies on this list no longer do direct billing, please notify Linda Gatson (x5091) so that the agency can be removed from this list.
